“I first met Anton 16 years ago when I was setting up a software company. I needed to create a license agreement for my customers that would protect against lawsuits – insurance was far too expensive. Back then, Anton had no experience with software contracts, but plenty of experience with other types. We worked together and came up with a contract that has protected me all this time. He was easy to work with and very sharp, both in learning about software and thinking ahead to make the terms more enduring.

This year, I started a not-for-profit and again turned to Anton to set up the corporation and stick-handle the process. He did an outstanding job. The next time I need legal advice or help with any business project, Anton will be my first call.”
